In these years, semi-rigid base course is used widely in high-grade highway (most are cement-lime crushed stone and cement stabilized crushed stone). This course has good performance, but to form enough strength need too long time. So we applied ourselves to research one special semi-rigid material which can satisfy the order in very short time.More and more people are paying attention to self-compacting concrete and making a deep study of it for its simple constructional technics and good mechanical capability. Based on the high-fluidity concrete, we analyzed the reason why its modulus was so high and found out the reasonable microstructure , finally we proved the superiority of high-fluidity and super high-early strength emulsified asphalt cement concrete used as quick repair base course material through plenty of tests and data..In order to satisfy the demand of high-fluidity and super high-early strength, the proportion of repair material was researched through plenty of tests and optimizing preparing methods. Aminobenzensulfonic acid super-plasticizer is selected though cement paste test. A certain amount of admixture took the place of cement and reduced the cost of the repair material. It also enhanced the fluidity of the concrete and enhanced the upper strength. A certain amount of emulsified asphalt enwrapped the course stone and we got the emulsified asphalt cement concrete which the emulsified asphalt used as the first binding material and the cement mortar ifsed as the secqnd binding material, so it can satisfy the demand of the criterion. Bending strength, compressive strength, interfacial bond strength and frost-resistance were also studied and analyzed. Considering the high cost for that plenty of cement was mixed into the mixture, we reduced the amount of the cement, researched the mechanical performance and recommend .one kind of repair mixture without asphalt.Based on the indoor experimentation, on-site experiments were conducted on damaged pavement to inspect the performance of repairing mixture, Technical-economical analysis is made considering of the raw and processed materials and repairing economic effect.This research finally recommends two kind of repair mixture for the high maintaining department to choose.The superiority of high-fluidity and super high-early strength emulsified asphalt cement concrete has. never found reported in and out country, and it should be the first time to be researched. For its high cost, it still can be use to repair base course, because the added cost can be compensated by the reduced labour force and the environment protection father fee. This project only study the performance used on highway. For the time and myself insufficiency, it still has many shortages and internal mechanism to be probed into.
