Cement emulsified asphalt concrete is a new type of asphalt pavement pothole repair materials which composed of cement,emulsified asphalt,water,aggregate,admixture,It has Rigid and flexible characteristics.In this paper,through theoretical and experimental analysis of cement emulsified asphalt concrete composition design,setting and hardening mechanism,surface treatment technology,road performances and optimization of overlay structure of cement concrete bridge deck pavement.In order to solve the problem of the material in practical application.The suitable for raw materials of cement emulsified asphalt concrete was studied through the cementitious material fluidity test and aggregate adaptability test.Key material consumption was determined by the performance of mechanical properties and Workability through the comprehensive comparison.According to the requirement of anti-sliding of cement emulsified asphalt concrete.This paper use the surface of crushed stone spreading method,surface brush method and surface exposed stone cement emulsified asphalt macadam antiskid surface of three kinds of surface treatment methods on cement emulsified asphalt concrete surface for processing.The friction coefficient evaluated by sand and Pendulum friction coefficient test.The results show that the surface brush method has the deepest structure depth TD,cement emulsified asphalt stone surface has the best surface friction coefficient,after comprehensive comparison,the cement emulsified asphalt stone surface method is an ideal method to improve the surface structure of cement emulsified asphalt concrete.This paper studies the effect of amount of emulsified asphalt on the performance of double deck casting cement emulsified asphalt concrete road and mechanical properties including water stability,low temperature bending properties and high temperature stability,the results show that the double deck casting cement emulsified asphalt concrete with asphalt content changing its road performance will change.When the cement content is unchanged,with the increase of the dosage of emulsified asphalt,the water stability of double deck casting cement emulsified asphalt concrete decreases gradually,but it still meet the requirements of high-grade highway and the low temperature flexibility increases.Under the joint action of three kinds of water?temperature and load,the double deck casting cement emulsified asphalt concrete can still maintain the good stability.Through the analysis of the film forming mechanism of demulsification of emulsified asphalt and cement emulsified asphalt concrete hardening stage proposed the setting and hardening mechanism of cement emulsified asphalt concrete Combining SEM and XRD analysis results,showed that cement emulsified asphalt concrete in the product,the demulsification of emulsified asphalt products,aggregate three in cement emulsified asphalt concrete strength forming interpenetrating network formation process,interaction in the material structure to form a whole and then improve its comprehensive performance.
