| Steel gate is the key equipment in hydro construction project; it makes very important use for the normal operation and fully creating benefit of the project. The scale and the technical parameter of steel gate in Yanshanhu reservoir has reached international level, the huge orifice size and high design hydraulic head, etc. The main task of this paper is to perfectly solve the steel gate close under high design hydraulic head and antisepsis of steel gate, to complete design work under the design cycle is short and the work is hard.Writer consulted a lot literature, summarized effective design methods and ways under the basic of practice project.For the high design hydraulic head, we adopted the water column to close the gate and applied to emerged gate and upstream seal submerged gate. We got the desired effect as the same method. At the same time, I put forward my own opinion and method of the gate inner force superposition under three directions pressure. Great factional resistance influences the steel gate closed fluently under high hydraulic head, so lower friction factor self-lubricating spherical bearing is adopted in the gate wheel, production cost of the hoist is lower as decline of lifting power.The design cycle is short and the task is hard, to accomplish the design work perfectly, the task group made a steel gate calculation program, computerized the calculation and optimization of steel gate, enhanced the work efficiency, lightened the work intensity. We adopted interpolation function in calculation, ensured the precision of the design data and safety of the project.With the analysis of the water sample, we attempted zinc-sprayed added coating antisepsis. Practice proved that this method is effective, safety and dependable, it prolonged the steel gate use.In a word, there are many matters need to study in steel gate design. In this paper, we have made systemic analyses and study of new method and new technology in steel gate design in Yanshanhu reservoir. New method and new technology has been proved in the project practice, not only it has saved the project cost, but also it has offered new way and method for the similar project design in the future. |
