The Design Of Vehicle Mounted Power Control System

The vehicle mounted power is a kind of diesel generating set. Considering the situation of the petroleum artesian well flat roofs in the offing around our country, on which most of the diesel generator set control system are analoged and most of the electronic parts of them have been aging, resulting in that breakdown occur so often that the normal production is affected, even endangering people's lives. It is designed a diesel generating set digital control system to change the simulated ones, the parts of which have been aging.TMS320LF2407A of TI Company is chosen as the micro-controller for the digital control system, which is the center of the circle of the peripheral equipment, realizing the functions of the collections of signal, the output of control and the vision of operation through the software. It is realized the functions of the PID arithmetic of unitary tuning parameter, the disposal and memory of data, double surplus digital triggering etc, through the design of software.The design of software and hardware of the vehicle mounted power control system has been completed in this paper, which is based on the experiment of DSP controller emulator. It is right that the design precept has been validated.
