Study On Protection And Renewal Of The Historial And Commercial Street

Today, while all countries of the world are pursuing ecnomical developmenet ,they also more and more value the development of culture and take it as the core of city's economical activities. At the same time, the protection of city's history is progressed from sector's wide protection to traditional street space's protection, this is a gradual and dividual process. This tendency is very beneficial to protection of city's history in every country.However, at the moment, we put a serious of protections and renewal plannings in practice to traditional commercial street, but its state is not optimistic, most protections and renewals are expanded in architecture and city planning, hardly systematically reseach in environment art. Therefore, the works of protections and renewals can not make thorough investigation and study . How to make the works of protection and renewal into implementation and accord with need of development of modern society, is the key to traditional commercial street, and has very important actual sense to their sustainable development.The thesis commences from the foundation research first, and proceeds the system analysis to research object and its related concepts. According related subject theories, in view of the problems in the protections and renewals of historical commercial street, and by means of the situation of traditional commercial street in the world, we conclude the tendency of development of historical commercial street. At last, we cite BeiYuanMen street in Xi'an as a instance to research, and propose some advice to reference.
