Restoration and reinforcement of fired structure is based on the strength of material and residual capacity analysis. The correlation between mechanical behavior and temperature shall be considered on the analysis of the residual capacity. For the reason of estimating the residual strength exactly and rapidly, the research of the inspection technology in no damaging method and its applicability are used. The fire research including the performance of fired concrete and the analysis of no-damaged appraisal method is as following:1. The correlation between mechanical behavior and temperature varies on the original strength and the exposure time is studied here, and the detail contents include (l).Experimental research on correlation between residual compressive and temperature varying based on the same exposure time for different original strength; (2).Research on residual compressive of concrete kept in different environment after sprayed and natural cooling, the curve for the residual compressive strength and temperature varying on cooling conditions is obtained; (3). Experimental research on correlation between residual compressive and temperature varying based on the different exposure time for different original strength.2. Residual compressive of concrete after high temperature in fire will be changed. The traditional no-damaged appraisal method shall not be adopted for the concrete subjected to high temperature according to the Chinese Cold. In this paper, the experimental research is performed for appraisal of concrete subjected to high temperature, and the regressive equation was obtained about residual compressive strength and rebound value and ultrasonic speed value. The detail contents include (1).Through the experimental research, the inspection technology in no damaging methodand its applicability are validated. (2).Rebound method is one of the easy method to work with; the fired concrete strength formula is obtained based on the rebound method; (3).The curve of ultrasonic impulse speed and temperature is established; (4).The Ultrasonic-Rebound Combined Method is relatively more accurate method, on which the strength formula is obtained based.3. By heating the standard cubic test blocks of concrete at high temperatures exploded different time, the relationship between residual compressive strength and exposure time are discussed. Combined with the usual method of evaluating the temperature of concrete subjected, the inspection technology of ultrasonic impulse is put forward and the regressive equation was obtained.4. For the reason of environmental protection, it is very important to use abandoned concrete of fired concrete. Through the research of the regenerative aggregate performance of abandoned concrete of C40 after heated high temperature, some suggestions for the use of abandoned fired concrete are put forward.
