Research On The Influence Of Abnormal Factors On The Safety Of Single-story Steel Structural Workshop

Steel structure is widely used in industrial building. The complex abnormal factors such as reinforcement corrosion, distortion, load change and original disfigurement of member exert influence on the force characteristic of members which are used in subsequent course. Rational analysis and evaluation on force characteristic and technology state of existing steel workshop are the important theoretical basis which is confirmed the security of member after life course. Therefore, in order to timely carry on structural maintenance and reinforcement, we need to analyze force characteristic and track technology state of existing industrial building.In the paper, the single-story steel structural workshop of Bao-steel Stock Ltd . have been studied. Based on theoretical analysis, project survey and structural checking, the security effect of abnormal factors on the single-story steel structural workshop is studied.Firstly, the paper investigates the abnormal factors and damnification of member in the steel structure. Secondly, the paper inquires into the roof covering-system and crane girder-system, using conditions of workshop and the abnormal factors at the single-story steel structural workshop of Bao-steel Stock Ltd. . The qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis are presented to study the security effect of abnormal factors on single-story steel structural workshop. The abnormal factors include measure warp, over loading, load place warp, damnification of member and reinforcement corrosion. The measure is brought forward for the sake of regular use, maintenance and monitoring of the industrial workshop.
