As important equipments in electric power industry, current transducers play a primary role for working well and calculating precisely in power supplying system. With the development of national economy, new high voltage level emerges continuously. It is an unavoidable trend that optical electric current transducer substitutes the traditional electromagnetic current transducer. But it is very different in output interface between optical electric transducer and tranditional electromagnetic transducer. It is necessary to design a rational output interface for the optical electric transducer. The application that fiber LAN consist of optical electric transducer and optical communications be used in electric power system is a direction of development of integrated substation automation system. The thesis adopts the technology of EDA, communication and computer, to design a set of digital output interface of optical electric transducer and the computer software. And a scheme of optical fiber LAN based on optical code-division multiple access(OCDMA) technique is proposed. The thesis consist of three main parts. The first is the hardware design, which uses the method of CPLD and VHDL, to design a circuitry with encode, storage, control, serial communication. At last we transmit the result to the PC's RS-232 with RS-485. The second is the software, which based on VB6.0. communicates with the hardware circuitry by MSComm ActiveX, Database uses the Access database. Display and overpass warning operation be used to the monitor data and transmit the result to the control center by HTTP. The third is the research of optical-fiber LAN. An optical LAN based on OCDMA is proposed, the principle and key techniques of OCDMA are introduced, and a scheme of OCDMA fiber LAN used in substation is proposed. It is an unavoidable trend that fiber LAN using optical electric transducer and fiber communication be used in electric power system. It describes prospect of future optical substation.
