According to the problems in low voltage power system, such as low power factor, great reactive power wastage and power quality's falling down, this paper presents a scheme which can compensate every phase's power factor separately in dynamic mode. Combining with the same kind products' running instance of Xuji Group, we did a great work to solve above problems and improved many shortcomings of present controller. In this paper, we use the DSP chip-TMS320F206 as the main controller and AT89C52 as the assistant controller to achieve this scheme. In this paper, aiming to the problem that former controller have not the function of harmonic analysis or low precise harmonic analysis, we use adding windows of Blackman-Harris and interpolation to improve system's precise of harmonic computing. In this system, we use the latest power IC 71M6515H to prove the measure precise. 71M6515H contain of 21-bit ADC and high precise compute engine. All this assure the system's high precise. We also use dual-port chip-CY7C136 connecting DSP and MPU.This paper describes in detail controller's precept, selecting IC, design of hardware and software, and gives a lot of circuit and flowchart. We also take some action to prove system performance. Certainly, we debugged this system. We think the system reach the anticipate purpose from the result of debugging.
