Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler is a control object that points of distributing parameter and nonlinear and time-variable and strong delay and coupling tightly multivariable. Bed temperature is important parameter of circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion control system. To maintain it normal is the key to the stable and economic operation of CFBB. Here is the configuration on some one power plant's burning control system and bed temperature control system by using PlantScape System. Those control systems are analyzed. A kind of synthetically fuzzy bed temperature controller is designed which can fits to the variety of burthen, with genetic algorithm application. The simulation results ate satisfactory in case of control effects. The result shows that synthetically fuzzy controller can provide us a better control quality, robust, speediness than the general PID control system.
