However, due to its combustion systemcoupled to multiple variables by coal and air, etc. These variables lag and time-varying, andits combustion process will be affected by external factors disturbance, making conventionalcontrol is difficult to achieve satisfactory control performance. Meanwhile, the circulatingfluidized bed boiler controlled object in the establishment of an accurate mathematical modelis very difficult. The use of increasingly sophisticated modern control methods in this case,can be relatively easy to solve these problems. In this paper, based on the intelligent control offuzzy PID (Fuzzy PID) control strategy, targeted to solve such problems.This paper introduces the importance of research CFBB combustion control technology,the development of the process CFBB, CFBB theory, including its mission briefing and boilercontrol energy balance studies. Secondly, in-depth study of the structure and process ofcirculating fluidized bed boiler combustion system in particular, the bed temperature control.Then introduced the fuzzy PID control and fuzzy PID and fuzzy rules established in theestablishment of CFBB combustion system control model, the use of simulation softwareproves the feasibility of fuzzy control CFBB combustion control, experiments show thatfuzzy PID control in robustness, stability other aspects than conventional PID control better.This paper studied CFBB control technology for combustion control automation CFBBmade some supplements to achieve full automation CFBB made a useful exploration. |
