| There is although the function of safety monitor in SCADA dispatching automated system but analysis abilities is not maturity. Energy Management System (EMS)offer possibility about change the experiential dispatching analysis to scientific dispatching analysis. In the paper, based on the software and hardware of EMS are showed and state estimation is studied, put forward the improvement on arithmetic of add-expand State estimation of position estimation of transformer tap joint. The results show that the arithmetic amend the performance of every module and the rationality and reliability are proved.
