| The High-frequency Fatigue testing machine is a typical nonlinear time-varying parameter system. A number of current control systems precision for testing machine have been low and the error have been large. This paper does some exploratory research to handle the above problem. After analyzing the vibrating mechanism and the transferring mode vibrating output of electromagnetic vibrator in testing machine, carried out the calculation formula of the vibrating power and established mathematic equation of the syntonic vibrating system. Based on it, considering high-load, high-frequency and low-consuming characteristic of the High-frequency Fatigue testing machine, put forward controlling arithmetic that can meet the fact of the running testing machine and designing the main circuit, achieve digitization and intelligentization of the testing machine.The research contents of this subject mainly includes:1. Carrying out general expression formula of the electromagnetic vibrator magnetism dense and vibrating power according to electromagnetics theory;2. Researching into the dynamic characteristic of vibration system. Using the main coordinate law to study and analysing dynamic response characteristics of resonance type of system, setting up the mathematics model of the resonance type vibration system;3. Set up the mathematics model of amplitude control system, lead dynamic relation of amplitude with controlable silicon through corner, offer the theoretical foundation for controling amplitude;4. Designing the controller of reasoning parameter PID fuzzily , which can achieve parameters PID in real time , the simulation result is provided;... |
