| In this paper,the control technology of the equipment is demonstrated based on the research of the electronic fatigue testing machine.Firstly,the present situation and background of the subject are analyzed and studied.Understand the world trend of the current development of fatigue testing machine.Secondly,according to the design of mechanical structure,electronic fatigue testing machine parts design,the corresponding control theory,establish a model and the suitable scheme of control system.Next,on the basis of the system control model,as well as the technical indicators of the fatigue testing machine,design and implement the hardware and software systems of these two aspects.Finally,the manufacture and assembly of the electronic fatigue testing machine are completed.The test results show that the servo drive technology and the closed loop control using sensor feedback can realize the characteristics of the fatigue testing machine under different amplitude,and can effectively improve the accuracy of the testing machine.In the field of testing machine,we can know that in the near future,the servo drive technology and closed-loop control will be applied to a large number of test machine in the field.All material is the development of high and new technology support and guide,material mechanical properties including hardness,elastic modulus,fracture toughness,is the main index to evaluate the quality of materials,but also an important basis for design and calculation.At present,people generally use the materials in experiment,hydraulic fatigue testing machine but due to fatigue test need long time,so the development of energy saving,and non mechanical electronic hydraulic fatigue testing machine as the main power source,the mechanical properties of a pressing matter of the moment test.First of all,according to the performance index of science and Technology Department of Jilin Province proposed,we conducted a set scheme of electronicfatigue testing machine,and designed the mechanical structure of the mechanical structure of the testing machine mainly includes the top works,the main power source modules work stepless amplitude component,double crank mechanism of damping component and lubrication cooling several of the system.We have a good design of these structures,which laid the foundation for the design of the control system.Secondly,according to the new design method,according to classical control theory,using new technology,the electronic control system of fatigue testing machine model,we start from the principle of servo drive technology,the use of sensor feedback,the establishment of full closed loop servo control model,right then,according to the fatigue testing machine.Draw the flow chart of the whole control system.Then according to the above control system solutions,we start from two aspects,namely,the hardware system and software system.According to these two systems,a reasonable and practical control system is designed.In the aspect of hardware,the servo control module and manual control module are respectively used for the design of electrical components and circuit design.The software,design framework,according to the algorithm,flow chart,control card library function of servo module,manual control module,data acquisition module mathematical fatigue experiment design,finally completed the control system software,fatigue testing machine,electronic control system of fatigue testing machine is clearly revealed.Finally,we test the function of the fatigue testing machine control system,and according to the relevant requirements of the fatigue test,the simulation experiment.The overall performance parameters of the electronic fatigue testing machine are obtained.The simulation results show that the performance of the electronic type machine can meet the design requirements,it also proved that the hydraulic fatigue testing machine as a power source in the design is successful,also shows that the new control system with servo control technology is successful.It is not difficult to see that the use of servo drive technology and closed loop control,the performance of the fatigue testing machine to improve a lot,the accuracy will be higher.Therefore,in the nearfuture,servo control technology and closed-loop control technology will be more and more widely used in the field of fatigue testing machine,and play a leading role. |
