The question that the underground water pipelines leakage is still seriousproblems in the company of many supplying water and in the rich andinfluential family of water so far. It not merely wastes a large amount of waterresources that the pipeline leaks, causes very great economic losses at thesame time. Leak way area that pipelines water leakage destroy building groundand cause very heavy influence to people life and industrial water, seriously,Leakage causes the environmental pollution, which is thought in the world thatown economic losses are even more serious than to leak directly.Abroad, measuring the leakage in the pipeline by through acoustical signalrelevantly analyzing technology has already been developed rapidly pipeline.Its main point is: measuring leakage point and make a relevant analysisaccording to the production and law of propagating of the acoustical signal inthe pipeline, thus to judge that leakage position in the pipeline. At present,some developed countries already widely adopted this kind of acousticscheckout equipment and done customary leaking and clicking measuring towork, some large cities in our country had introduced several sets of this kindof advanced equipment successively, and had developed some relevantequipment, which have very great limitation of performance because cost anarm and a leg and operate the complicatedness. The development of thissystem suits the situation in the North of ours, multiple functional,performance is learnt fine, easy to operate and easily, measure accurately, andIt is popularized in the work of pipeline leak detection that suited to supplyingwater in the city of our country very much.The full text is divided into eight chapters altogether.Chapter one: Having introduced the background and meaning of subjectresearch mainly and summarized the research current situations anddevelopment trends of the correlation instrument for leak detection both athome and abroad, Provide advantages of DSP and based on DSP this typetechnical indicator demand instrument can satisfied with of DSP selected.Chapter two: Recommend basic principle and necessary knowledge thatdevelop correlation instrument, Including the sound's spread mechanism onwater pipeline mainly, the analysis to noise of gathered signal, and theprinciple of correlation detection and adaptive filter.Chapter three: Overall for design for correlation instrument, includingdesign plan , software and hardware structures of the system, should technicalindicator and the question should pay attention during developing the system.Chapter four: Having emphatically introduced the principle of new typesound detector KST-Z and the design and realized of 24 bits data acquiredbased on DSP, including analogy adjustment circuit, hardware structure andstorage of data after being acquired filter processing.Chapter five: The focal point is data communication based on DSP andhuman-computer interaction interface, the main contents including the choiceof data communication, the hardware of wired data communication beingformed and realized with the software, the brief introduction of function of thewireless communication module, making use of wireless communication torealize the key technology started in step, still including interface technologyof the keyboard and graphical display technology in addition, construct the keypart of the thesis together with chapter four.Chapter six: Power administrative section, introducing the design andrealization of power module for the main board, analogy adjustment circuit,LCD, press the telex sense device etc. The realization that it can be very goodis managed to the power of the complete machine system.Chapter seven: Analysis some for the function test and results of completemachine, it is standard some sensors at first, this is a prerequisite whether thecomplete machine system could work normally, then the result analysis of thefilter, utilizing the survey data being filtered to prove validity of filter,including the estimation result of time delay based on correlation picture at the...
