The vehicle industry is through a development of many centuries, and gradually perfect, particularly is along with technical development in modern electronics of vehicles, the electronics equipments of vehicles also complicates gradually. Along with the economic development and live horizon exaltation, the vehicles have already entered common people family as enduring consumer goods in large quantity, and from here the traffic accident that caused also increased rapidly, it resulted in bigness the bane to people's life and property. People also more and more value the vehicle safety, every kind of the electronics equipments related with the vehicle safety have been constantly developed, the anti-lock braking system (ABS) is one of them. ABS can exert the brake-power of the vehicle braking system to the best but keep the wheels from locking, which farthest guaranteed the vehicle's stability during braking, shorten the brake-distance and brake-time, ensured the vehicle safety. It is a closed-loop braking system, is the most outstanding achievement of electronics control technique applied in vehicle. Along with ABS widely application, the need of detection and diagnosis for ABS has continuously increased. But the current extant test-bed for ABS is too expensive or too cockamamie to be applied by the test-lines and garages. So our research team developed the new type test-bed for ABS, which can accurately and fleetly find fault in the mechanical and electric part of ABS in room. The contents studied in this paper is the part of the test-bed for ABS ——the part of simulation for vehicle's inertial energy. First we have proceeded to research on the dissipation of energy in the process of braking, through the research we find that the essential of braking is the transformation of vehicle's. But when we proceed to detect, only the wheels circumrotate. So it only exist the wheels, which is little tiny compared with the inertial energy of vehicle. Therefore the test-bed for ABS must provide the enough inertial energy to make the braking process in the actual road and in the test-bed alike, also to simulate the process of braking in the actual road on the test-bed. Currently in the bedstead there are three kinds of methods for inertial energy simulation: one is the way of simulation by mechanical flywheel: namely make use of the inertial energy of the mechanical flywheel to simulate the inertial energy of vehicle. Two is the way of simulation by mechanical flywheel and electric power together: namely make use of the inertial energy of the mechanical flywheel to simulate the part of vehicle's inertial energy and the rest is simulated by electromotor. Three is the way of simulation by electric power entirely: namely Canceled the machine flywheel, make use of adjustment system to complete simulation controlled by computer, making the kinetic characteristic of test system in accordance with the system's kinetic characteristic which has big quantity flywheels. Adopting this kind of simulation way can evidently reduce the size of bedstead test system, adjust the inertia continuously, simulate every kind of braking process (such as braking on the slope etc.). What this paper adoption is the way of electric simulation for mechanical inertia to simulate the inertial energy of vehicle in the process of test for ABS. Put forward the project of realizing inertia simulation. The inertia simulation part of automobile ABS test-bed is composed by roller driven device primarily, and the control system of the roller driven device is constituted by two parts: one is the speed controller, the other is the inertia simulation control system. The speed controller while examining beginning control the electric motor arouses the car wheel attains the enactment speed ( This speed to satisfy the requested threshold value for the ABS working ) through the roller; While braking begin, the inertia simulation control system just starts working and keep on to the examination done, Their switch realized by relay I. The inertia simulation control module and the energy compensates module make up the inertia simulation control system. The main function of inertia simulation module is below: First it judge when the simulation process end by calculating the difference value E between the infliction...
