Since automobile was invented in 1886, it has been more than one century, with high-speed developed science and technology, function of automobile also has huge leap. Especially in present age, a great deal of electronical technology have been applied to automobile industry that belong to machinical realm originally,it makes the automobile industry become industry with very high level of science and technology. The automobile industry of our country starts relatively late, yet develops very quickly. Especially since we join WTO, our country has become focus of automobile industry magnate of the globe.In recent years, with level of people life enhance constantly, trend of people's automobile need also ascend year by year, at the same time, need of automobile function of people also ascend more and more highly, these development of need change from power, practicability of earlier period to economy, comfort and the safety direction gradually.Compared with development of automobile industry of our country, development speed of automobile detection trade of our country is rather slow, especially in recent years a great deal of electronical antiskid devices for car have been applied,yet homologous detection system could not keep up with this trend, making our country requested laws of automobile function have blemish thus.So speed up development of automobile detection trade becomes necessary. This thesis aims at above-mentioned objective condition, putting forward research of control means for variable appendiculate force,my purpose is bring forward a kind of detect method for car carried electronical antiskid devices, together with theory analysis and simulation experiment towards control means. The so-called car carried electronical antiskid devices including ABS, ASR/TCS etc.Among them, ABS means Antilock Braking System, corresponding chinese translation is zhidong fangbaosi xitong.The system can enhance brake function of automobile, current it is one of main standard devices which installed in automobile. TCS means Traction Control System, corresponding chinese translation is xuji kongzhi xitong,it is a kind of system that developed lately on foundation of ABS, then called" antiskid control system" also, its function one is to enhance pull traction , two is to keep stability of driving automobile. When automobile accelerate, TCS could control glide within a certain scope, thus it can prevent driving wheels from slippage. ASR means Acceleration antiskid Control System, corresponding chinese translation is jiasu fanghua kongzhi xitong, just as its name implies it is a control system that can prevent driving wheels from slippage while acceleration of automobile, its function is to keep driving wheels from slippage in the time of automobile is in start, or acceleration again, in order to preserve stability of automobile in driving direction, more over to preserve intelligent operation and appropriate driving force,ensure safety of automobile. This thesis according to work principle of electronical antiskid devices that car carried, for carry out detection of it, we need imitate its work condition, namely various road condition of dissimilarity appendiculate quotiety.But,electronical antiskid devices need work in high frequency, so variety rate of imitated force should also change in high frequency.This thesis in term of characteristics hereinbefore, adopted slippage and differentia rotate speed theory of electromagnetism to imitate differently road conditions of appendiculate quotiety. Made certain of basic theories, through analysis of one wheel on straight andeven road condition, including analyse beared force of normally drive condition ,beared force of ABS work condition and beared force of TCS/ASR work condition, get model of wheel while brake and accelerate sharply.In conformity to this foundation, then get movement state and beared force condition while car wheel on roller, through mechanics analysis, obtain appendiculate moment of ground by simulation, together with relation of inertial moment through drive roller and measure roller, then we can get output torque of electromagnetic slippage and differentia rotate speed clutch that needed, and then get relation between excitation current and output torque through principle of electromagnetic slippage and differentia rotate speed clutch ,at last we could know magnitude of excitation current that needed to control. Since car carried electronical antiskid devices work at high frequency, control means of variable appendiculate force that this thesis studied adopt programmable controller as hardware foundation to carry out, moreover built up homologous signal of collect and process circuit together with excitation current output and control circuit. Collect rotate speed signal from measure roller which installed with speed sensor, through amplify and process signal, transport to I/O card and then into main control machine. By processing in variable appendiculate force controls model, pass excitation current from D/A card to control part of electromagnetic slippage and differentia rotate speed clutch. Finally, I carry on simulation experiment which aimed at control means of variable appendiculate force that this thesis build up. The applied simulation tool is box of SIMULINK within software of MATLAB. Compare simulation experiment with normal tradition experiment method, it has not only advantage of analyse quickly, high accuracy, period is short etc., but also has advantage of low cost, it is usually used for resolve problem that some normal tradition method couldn't resolve. Based on objective condition of this controls means, this thesis carries on simulation experiment, and analyse result of the simulation, in the end I find out when appendiculate quotiety are big which simulate on road the error control is in 2%; when appendiculate quotiety are small the error control is between...
