With the development of railway transportation, high-speed and heavy-haul are becoming the important design direction of locomotive. The development of locomotive brake system has to accept the challenges of it. The most crucial problem is how to further enhance the performance of anti-skid control system so that we can not only prevent the wheel abrasion, but also make full use of Adhesion, receive a shorter braking distance as far as possible in braking.Starting on the adhesion mechanism, this paper described the causation of creepage and the essence of adhesion, be analysis of the impact of adhesion creep factor. Discusses the basic principles of anti-skid control system in detail and introduced the Principle of speed sensor, anti-skid detection and anti-skid electromagnetic valve. Compare and analyze four anti-skid control parameters, reference to the experience of anti-skid at home and abroad, finally set slip-ratio and acceleration for anti-skid control parameters. Elaborated the principle of fuzzy control, carried on the systematical design of the fuzzy controller, realized the fuzzy controller's algorithm. In the braking condition ,analysis 200 km / h passenger electric locomotive wheel's stress situation, Has established wheel's brake dynamics model, and based on this using the MATLAB/Simulink design simulation model, and selects the two-dimensional fuzzy as anti-skid control algorithms for control methods.Finally, carry on simulation analysis to the system the, good anti-skid control function is proved by the simulation results.The anti-skid control algorithms and fuzzy control simulation model of this paper will prepare a good guide for the development of high-performance anti-skid.
