The current pavement design methods in the world are usually based on static elastic models, while the actual wheel loads are in dynamic conditions that enforce vertical liberation, impaction and horizontal pushing. Because the pavement structures are sensitive to loads with time's alternation, the mechanical property represented by actual dynamical loads is obviously different from the static models. Recently, the study on dynamical analysis of pavement structures has been active. With widely application of FWD, how to use none-destructive test device— FWD to analyze and evaluate pavement's dynamical property appears important especially. In this paper, the basic numerical analytic theory of dynamic property for pavement structures is introduced. And then, the response of cement concrete pavement to half-sine wave load of FWD is analyzed to deduce the variation rule, which includes the stress and displacement in each layer and the parameters of deflection basin. It can provide the gist to define the quality of slab, and can offer the reference to understand the dynamic response of pavement structures. Furthermore, this dissertation analyzes the foundation void, load transfer capacity at joint and the mutual mechanism of action, in order to comprehend the effect of different void size and transfer capacity on the stress in slab and the deflection basin curves combined with its parameters. It can offer the reference to estimate foundation void efficiently. Finally, the simulation models of both dynamic response and inverse parameters analysis for cement concrete pavement are established by means of RBF (Radial Basic Function) neural network technology.
