Bracket of automatic rivet machine is an important equipment for riveting aerofoil, its automatization and reliability affect riveting speed and quality. A project is brought forward about test and control system based on VI for bracket of aerofoil automatic rivet machine in this thesis, the project which has logical framework is designed with advanced theories, it introduces the latest technology and gives attention to practicability.The system is based on DAQ which samples quickly and in real time and controls transducer. The control system with object control and process control(position feedback and speed feedback) ensures exact orientation of bracket in X. In order to settle the difficulty of the bracket system, briefness and fast control algorithm is developed to achieve the bracket rectification in Z with high-precision and quick-response laser sensors for distance measure. Application program compiled in LabVIEW can incept workpiece position input by users, analyze and process and display signals, control system.
