Train dynamical analysis mainly includes three aspects: hunting stability, ride comfort and curving behaviour. The assessment of a group of design parameters and choose of parameters are undertaken according to the nearly ten performance indices of this three aspects. The theory of the fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) is introduced in this paper. The feasibility and rationality of applying it to the selection of the train dynamical parameters are also discussed. According to the actual characteristics of the selection of train dynamical parameters and the three important steps including the determination of weights, selection of object function and fuzzy sorting in the theory of fuzzy MADM, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) based on experts setting weights directly, triangle fuzzy number and fuzzy sorting method of Lee-Li are used for the decision making analysis. In the paper, the basic steps of the decision making analysis are put forward, that is the non-dimensionalization of the values of the attributes, computation of the fuzzy addition of the sum of the weights and values of the attributes in order to get the fuzzy recommendation index, the fuzzy sorting in order to get the results of the decision making. The modeling, analysis and design of the software system are made in the CASE tool Rational Rose by using UML according to the software engineering process and methodology. A Decision Making System (DSS) is developed using C++ in Visual C++6.0 integrated development environment. The results of the software running and testing indicate that it is feasible and...
