Application Of Kalman Filter In Construction Control Of Long Span Prestressed Concrete Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge

With the development of technology and traffic, prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge was widely applied for its simply construction, economical cost, reasonable internal force and comfortable rid. To ensure the quality and security of the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge, construction control was of great importance.Structural analysis method and the parameter estimation method are two main components of the construction control method. During the controlling process of the construction of the continuous rigid frame bridge, sequential calculation was chosen as structural analysis method and Kalman non-linear estimation method as the parameter estimation method.Parameter estimation is the key of construction control in bridge construction. In this thesis, the specific parameter estimating by Kalman filter method was investigated under actual construction. In addition, different structural parameters were estimated in different stages of construction and at the same time the actual construction process of the continuous rigid frame bridge was taken into consideration. What's more, considering the constraints of the spot linear measurement,the estimations of the concrete elastic modulus and the creep coefficient were chosen after two construction stages of over-all elevation measurement . Then take the Fujiang 3rd bridge as an example, the application of Kalman non-linear estimation method was introduced in detail. Finally, the availability of the parameter estimation method in the parameter estimation of continuous rigid frame bridge was justified.
