With the continuous and rapid development of China’s transportation construction,bridge engineering,as an important part of infrastructure,is being constructed on an unprecedented scale.Thanks to the application of new materials and the breakthrough of new technology,a large number of large-span bridges with novel technology,complex structure and high technology content have been built in China.Among them,the prestressed concrete composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs,due to the use of steel-concrete composite structure system,makes full use of the characteristics of materials,improves the efficiency of materials,saves the cost,and has many advantages,such as light structure,beautiful appearance and good seismic performance,which has become a main development direction of modern prestressed concrete bridge.Based on a continuous rigid frame bridge with corrugated steel webs in Yunnan Province,this thesis studies the construction control technology and error adjustment method of PC composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature and related research results,the development situation,basic characteristics and research progress of prestressed concrete composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs are summarized.(2)The basic theory of Kalman filter model is analyzed from continuous linear system and discrete linear system.The state equation and observation equation of Kalman filter model are deduced in detail.The application of Kalman filter method in cantilever construction control of PC composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is studied in detail.(3)The construction process of a six-span continuous rigid frame bridge with corrugated steel webs in Yunnan Province was simulated by using the finite element software MIDAS/Civil,and the results of structural displacement and stress in the key construction stages were obtained.The local calculation model of corrugated steel webs beam element was established to calculate the local deformation of corrugated steel webs during construction.(4)The sensitivity analysis of bridge structural design parameters is carried out,and the sensitivity degree of each design parameter change to the main beam deflection and cantilever root stress under the maximum cantilever state is obtained,so as to determine the main design parameters affecting the structural state,and provide theoretical basis for the main bridge linear control and stress control.(5)Combined with the engineering practice,this thesis explains the concrete implementation method of linear control and stress control of PC composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs,collects the deflection and stress data of each construction stage,and compares and analyzes the measured data and theoretical data,so as to provide reference for bridge construction control.
