Based on the Xiaojinkou bi-arch tunnel engineering in the expressway from Guangzhou to Huizhou, this thesis makes data processing and regression analysis and structure force in different constructional procedure. By the field monitoring measurement and the applying of FEM, we can monitor the construction procedure to ensure the stability of the surrounding rock and the safety of lining.This thesis is composed of five parts, they are introduction, measurement and processing of the field data, the regression analysis of the data, digital simulation with finite element method, force analysis in the construction of Xiaojinkou bi-arch tunnel engineering. Then, the paper introduces systematically the installation of the measure equipments and the disposal of the field data. It makes regression analysis of measured data, predicts the final stress of the surrounding rock and its increase velocity. The thesis adopts load-structure method, using FEM and combing the characteristics of underground engineering, to study the structure force in different constructional procedure in Xiaojinkou bi-arch tunnel engineering, and analysis the force condition in different position and the influence of different constructional procedure to the internal force structure. Also, Xiaojinkou bi-arch tunnel lies in the soft surrounding rock zone. Since in soft surrounding rock zone, it is difficult to construction of bi-arch tunnel, and no experience we can learn from. So, the monitoring measurement of Xiaojinkou bi-arch and its FEM analysis can not only apply to Xiaojinkou bi-arch engineering, ensure the constructional safety and economic rationality in construction and reliability during operation, but also, it has important theory meanings and reference value for the research in related fields on similar tunnel.
