Study On Post-processing Method For Tunnel Construction Monitoring Data

With the development of the domestic transportation, the tunnels played an important role in the transit lines. Especially in the mountains, the tunnel not only reduced the driving mileage, but also it had played a key role in the speed and safety of driving. In the mountain tunnel in our country, many tunnels were using the new Austrian method of construction. Monitoring and measurement were a critical part in the new Austrian method, it not only provided the basis for the dynamic design of the tunnel,and it provided the information construction to ensure the safety of the construction, also it improved the accumulation experience for the tunnel design theory and tunnel construction method.In the process of the engineering practice, because the monitoring measurement technique and data processing method was not perfect, Their work did not play an important role in guiding and optimal design. In this paper, based on the theoretical research and practical operation of tunnel monitoring measurement, Interpretation were done for the design in the construction supervision of the tunnels、monitoring of the content、monitoring method、monitoring data analysis, processing and handling address in advance forecast results in this paper, and it investigated data processing software, also it developed tunnel monitoring measurement data processing、analysis management software. It was carried out for Han Po Ling tunnel of Nan Bai town to Nan Mu Du town secondary road expressway tunnel for monitoring measurement, it analysised the data on the typical cross section of the monitoring data which was used the development of tunnel monitoring measurement data processing analysis software.The stability of surrounding rock and supporting structure were to be evaluated. In the process of regression analysis which was found that the existing function could not meet the requirements completely, so the new function was presented in this paper, and the feasibility was discussed preliminary,the monitoring measurement data for K9+600 of Han Po Ling tunnel was to deal with, after observation of the secondary lining, it verified the tunnel monitoring measurement data processing of management software on the prediction accuracy.
