Locating Type Locomotive Rolling Test Rig is a kind of modern large-scale testing equipment that can simulate the rail way for Locomotive to run on it. The Test Rig can simulate all kinds of conditions of the actual rail way. Further more, when Locomotive running on it, it is attainable such as real time monitoring and detecting the testing Locomotive, in time adjusting and reseting it. So it can accomplish a test and research which are impossible to achieve on the practical rail way.In this thesis, a kind of Computer Control System Scheme of Locating Type Locomotive Rolling Test Rig was presented. Though at present time majority Locating Type Locomotive Rolling Test Rig adopts mechanical method to keep wheel running in-phase, This thesis brings forward that keeping wheels running equivalently by adjust electromotors is practicable, as well as Using V-M system to carry out the control theory is also reasonable. The thesis carves up the control system scheme in two steps. One step is reference-electromotor control system. It ensures that, when experiment was performed, the test-bed exerts accordant resistance to Locomotive as it runs on the rail. The second step is synchronization electromotors control system. It ensures all wheel run in-phase, as they do in fact situation. This thesis adopts computer control technology instead of mechanical control technology. In this way, hardware electrocircuit was predigested. It not only completes the main circuit design, the assistant circuit design, but also accomplishs control rule design. The PID control theory was applied to Locating Type Locomotive Rolling Test Rig design and the emluator architecture of the control system was established. In addition, one point must be indicated that this scheme is convenience for actual application, because no direct contact exists between the control system and the testing locomotive. This makes it not only adapting to build new test-bed, but also suiting to reconstruct old test-bed.
