In this paper, the fault diagnosis system of the locomotive electric main circuit is studied and designed. The fault diagnosis system is used to rapidly and exactly judge whether the electric main circuit is normal and to help the driver to find the solution to the fault, when the locomotive can't run correctly.In this paper, the composing and principle of the main and auxiliary circuits are expounded, moreover, we analyzed the common faults, consequently, the state signals which are useful to fault diagnose are selected.The fault diagnosis system of the locomotive electric main circuit described above is an application system, which include of signal sampling, data transmission and fault identification. All the expert system consists of the single-chip application system and the on-board computer fault diagnosis expert system.The single-chip system accomplishes the signal sampling and the data transmission. And the on-board computer expert system adopting the expert system structure widely based on the knowledge and the reasoning rules accomplishes the fault diagnosis. The simulation result proves that the designment of the diagnosis is viable and the on-line fault diagnosis of the locomotive electric transmission circuit can be accomplished. |
