High-pressure common rail fuel system delegates the developing tendency of diesel engine fuel injection technology, which is acknowledged the optimal fuel injection system at present. High pressure common rail fuel system is a mechanical, electric, hydraulic pressure system, which directly effect the performance of diesel engine and automobile. The aim of high pressure common rail fuel system simulation is to study the effect of every structural parameter and control parameter on system, put forward reasonable structural parameter and control parameter of system, which are helpful to designing ideas of software and hardware modules and can give some gist for demarcate and matching. It can save a lot of labors, material, fund and shorten the cycle of design and matching. In this paper, based on a great lot of datum of high pressure common rail fuel system and the first-hand investigation, the deeply theoretical study centered around high pressure common rail fuel system and its data, comprehensive mathematic models on high pressure common rail fuel system has been introduced, basic feature of it is gotten with change structural parameter and control parameter.Based on it's structural features and the modularizing simulation method, high pressure common rail fuel system is split into four part :pumps subsystem, common rail pipe subsystem, injector solenoid valve subsystem and injector hydraulic pressure subsystem, the high pumps subsystem including the plunger lift and current subsystem, the high-speed solenoid valve subsystem including the magnetism, current and mechanics subsystem, the injector hydraulic pressure subsystem including current and needle lift subsystem. These four subsystem simulation model are founded on the corresponding model equations which determined by the Finite Volume Method and the processing method of one dimensional, variable sound velocity, variable density and variable viscosity. After the validity of every subsystem simulation model is plenary confirmed, these four subsystem simulation model are combined to the simulation of high pressure common rail fuel system. Thereout, the pressure characteristics of every subsystem, the current of solenoid valve ,the gag bit lift, needle lift and control parameters and control parameters have been obtained. Where after, this paper simulated and analyzed the effects of structure parameters on high pressure common rail fuel system performance, there a lot of conclusion are found avail to matching and establishment of control strategy for high pressure common rail fuel system. All this can give some support for the design and lectotype of high-pressure common rail fuel system...
