Application of geosynthetics is very abroad in road engineering field , for example: reinforcement of soft soil toft , reinforcement of roadbed , reinforced wall ,etc .But cognition in field of geosynthetics reinforemental mechanism and test research is not enough . In this paper, authors disclosed roadbed mechanism performance for different physical property of geogrid and different load to find inherent law. There are four parts in the paper,as follows: Firstly, limited road of different conditions: In the paper, by vary value of factors affecting limited load of roaded, author fully analyse sensitivity of these factors.These factors included: effect of thickness between the first geogrid and roaded surface(we mark symbol U ), effect of geogrid length ( L ), effect of distance between load and roaded slope toe (D), effect of roadbed slope angle(? ) and effect of space between geogrid layer and another ( Z ),space of load (B ). Secondly ,axial force of geogrid in different conditions : The different conditions include :axial force distribution of very geogrid layer and axial force distribution of same geogrid layer in different ( D) value, axial force distribution of very geogrid layer and axial force distribution of same geogrid layer in different (U ) value . Thirdly ,developmental process of breaked surface in different conditions: in this paper ,author find variational law of soil strain and stress and development of soil displacement and developmental process of breaked surface in process of loaded .Apart from these, authors research law of variational surface form in different conditions.These conditions include:space of load( B ) and thichness between the first geogrid and roadbed surface(U ). Fourthly, choice in aspect of dealing with data: data is very huge in the paper, so choice of dealing with data is very important. Author choose orthogonal test method to deal with huge data and receive many good conclusions.
