| Based on the understanding of domestic and international inhibitors, several new inhibitors are selected in this dissertation, such as BH-4, high temperature inhibitor .And a kind of new inhibitors is synthesized by organic method .Then these inhibitors are applied on zinc-manganese batteries.The selected inhibitors of 8-nitryl quinoline and plant acid salt have the higher inhibiting efficiency by being tested polarize curve .The inhibiting efficiency of single inhibitor is up to 94.50% , which is beyond the inhibiting efficiency of mercury ;the new inhibitors are optimized , and the inhibiting efficiency is up to 99.82%, which is among the highest international level .The cycle volt-ampere curves of different concentration and the impedance curves on the optimum concentration are measured .The inhibiting mechanism has been studied by these methods .The conclusion is that 8-nitryl quinoline has better inhibiting effect on the zinc on theoptimum concentration .Otherwise with the increasing of the concentration , inhibiting efficiency of plant acid salt has been obviously improved , especially when the concentration is lOOppm , cycle volt-ampere curve is smooth , and there are no obviousdeoxidized apex and oxidized apex .This shows that the inhibiting effect is better .When the concentration is increased again , the deoxidized apex appears .With the increasing of concentration , apex electrical potential has not greatly changed .It is clear that the inhibiting effect does not change greatly with the concentration increased .A new type of inhibitor has been synthesized by analyzing the selected inhibitors .Its polarize curves of different concentration is measured .It shows that the inhibiting efficiency of this inhibitor increases with its concentration .On the range of overlay degree? it is accord with the Temkin adsorption constant temperature law .The curves of inhibiting efficiency are treated with lining naturalization, the following is obtained r|=-44.2983+25.602961nC and Inn / (l-n) 05.00585+0.02585?The cycle volt-ampere curves and the impedance curves of 200ppm are measured .It is obtained that the synthesized inhibiting effect on the zinc, which is because of its absorbing on zinc.The conductance of every composition of cell slurry material is tested, and the slurry material formulation is optimized .Then these inhibitors are applied on zinc-manganese batteries .Through being discharged, the... |
