Study On Seal Element Of Water Hydraulic Single Prop

Water as environmental protection transmission medium has been applied in many kinds of hydraulic system. After several years' hard work, most problems of the water hydraulic single prop have been solved. However, service life of seal elements has become the problem of water hydraulic single prop used in fact industry.The thesis studied the mechanism, the structure, the material and the element of water medium seal. The thesis also analyzed effect that the lip, the heel and the bevel of Y-shape seal. In order to improve the anti-abrasion property and the anti-hydrolytic property of the seal element, the TPU of sealed element has been modified by inorganic fillers, and the structure of sealed element has been improved. After analyzed the advantage and disadvantage of many kinds of seal structure and the seal material used in real working condition, the suitable TPU has been chosen as raw material of sealing ring, and the suitable particle filler also chosen for improved its anti-abrasion property, self-lubrication property and anti-hydrolytic property.
