Abstract/Summary:
How to improve the drainage ability of building drainage system is one of the hotspot in research of building drainage problem. Building drainage system is closely related to our lives, It’s directly related to the quality of our life and health.With the development of society, our requirement of building drainage system is getting higher and higher.We not only requires building drainage system can discharge sewage wastewater produced by our daily life timely,but also requires building drainage system assure indoor environmental health and with sufficient reliability.Through years of development and accumulated engineering practice experience in our country,we found that there is a lack of special study and The basic theory is rare obviously in our countrie’s building drainage areas. It is difficult to solve the problems in building drainage system at present fundamentally. As the reliable performance of building drainage system is determined by the water seal,to ensure the reliability of the water seal is mainly from two aspects:water seal itself and the ventilation system.We designed the experimental device specifically for water seal and ventilation way of building drainage system in this experiment, firstly we put forward the experimental conditions of water seal(dynamic pressure experiment conditions and static pressure conditions). Then designed the experimental device autonomously refer to the latest relevant specification of our state. The dynamic pressure experimental conditions simulated the actual conditions of drainage as far as possible, using improved drainage conditions for testing and study the fixture ventilation performance. Test the air flow friction loss in the vent pipe. The experiment study the three main parameters water seal volume, water seal ratio and Water seal height aimed at the characteristic of water seal, and verified the experimental results with the related theory in the world. Proposed our theory about water seal, obtained the affect and the weight relationship of the water seal volume, water seal ratio and the Water seal height respectively, than put forward some suggestions to modified water seal. The experiment of fixture vent mode in Drainage system conducted from two aspects the diameter and the length of the vent pipe. Using the experience of domestic and foreign relevant theories about drainage ventilation system, confirmed the vent pipe diameter, selection of ventilation and ventilation tube length will affect the efficiency of ventilation and ventilation friction loss in the piping, thus affecting the drainage ability. Put forward the maximum allowable length and the minimum allowable pipe diameter of ventilation pipe in drainage system and provide the corresponding technical data. This experiment is a basic research work in the field of building drainage system, has a positive role in promoting the technology development for building drainage theory.
