With the development of information technology, inverter power supplies are widely used. Analog circuits are used in traditional inverter power supplies to produce the output waveforms, but this causes such defaults as complex circuits, difficult test method and bad output waveforms. Full digital control can be realized when high performance DSP controllers are produced. Digital control can improve the dynamic response and the stability response of output waveforms then DSP based inverter power supplies are high stabile and responsible. For such reasons the paper gives a new kind of algorithm for single phase inverter power supply based on DSP.The paper first presents the run application theory, and analyses the SPWM theory including the creating methods. The paper points that compounded control method is the developing direction because the method can take good advantage of every part while avoiding its default .As a result it can satisfy the control require of invert power supplies.The paper analyses the inverter power supply systems completely and puts on the digital model of the inverter. Based on the model the paper presents an improved deadbeat controller algorithm with repetitive controller, in which the improved deadbeat controller is used to improve dynamic response, the repetitive controller used to improve stability response. The results of Matlab simulation show that the system achieves good output waveform under linear loads or periodic non-linear loads.In order to test the algorithm, the paper builds a test platform include of control, data collection, driving and protection. TMS320LF2407 is used as the control core of the platform. Test method is presented in details, then a series of experiments are made referred to the state standard. It can be seen that the algorithm presented has the advantage of high stability and low THD.At last, the algorithm is used to digital uninterruptible power supply, and embedded operation system uC/OS-â…¡ is used to schedule the tasks.
