Composite beams of steel and concrete are new type structures in which the steel structure and the concrete structure are integrated by connectors to take advantage of respective properties of tension and compression. As they have merits of both steel structures and concrete structures, notable benefit of technology and economics have been achieved in the field of the building and the bridge. But almost the concrete panels of all the composite beams in the engineering are cast on the steel-beams, which result in some disadvantages of a lot of wet tasks in the locale, installing the moulding board in a large quantity and longer period of construction. Some new projects of the building and the bridge limit time and work condition in the locale of construction, if we can fit together the steel-beams and precast concrete panels with shear stud connectors, which will gain some merits as "high-speed construction" and "precast in the assemblage".The experimental study of twelve push-out specimens of different hole molds and different materials filling in holes have been conducted in this paper, after analysing and comparing the carrying capacities of the stud connectors of round chapiter from the relations of load-slip, the author gain some following results: the behavior of quadrate holes holding in advance is a little better than that of the studs of round holes in the push-out specimens; if the concrete well cast, whether the concrete in the holes appending the expending materials or not, which almost have not any influence on the shear capacities of stud in the push-out specimens; the most important result is that the shear capacities of stud are basing on the strength of concrete surrouding the shear stud in the holes. Better strength of concrete in the holes have better behaviors of shear studs.At the same time, the experiments of two composite steel-FDPCP(Full-Depth Precast Concrete Panels) beams of a full shear connection with different hole mold of stud in advance and a composite steel-FDPCP beams of a partial shear connection with quadrate holes were conducted to analyse their behaviors of carrying capacities and composite action from the relations of load-slip,load-deflection and load-strain distribution in the section of the composite steel-FDPCP beams, the author gain some following results: three composite steel-FDPCP beams all have good composite action and perfect work behaviors as a whole; the composite action and carrying capacities of the composite steel-FDPCP beams of quadrate holes are a little better than the...
