Influence And Application Of Mountain On The City Space Form Of Hilly District In South Of China

Nowadays the speed of urbanization in China is accelerated constantly, all sorts of contradictions and problems that it caused have promoted people's concern and crave for the high-quality urban ecological environment and humanism environment. All of this requires us to proceed from actual conditions in China and to seek the ideal city pattern actively, which will make the artificial environment of city coordinate each other with the natural environment and humanism environment. Then, the idea of "ShanShui City" has arisen at the historic moment and become goal and direction of development of cities in China in the new century.This text which proceeds from the angle of the relation between mountain and city and regards building the ShanShui City as goal discusses the application study of mountain in the city space form design of hilly district in south of china under such a background. The main content of the thesis can be summarized as four major parts:First part explaines main background , research meaning , research current situation , research purpose , research approach and basic frame of the thesis selected title mainly.Second part mainly analyzes the relevant specialities of mountain as a key element that influences the city space form. Because what this thesis is studied is application of mountain in the city space form design, this part introduces the natural landscape speciality of mountain at first, including mountain shape characteristic , environmental characteristic, etc, then introduces the cultural speciality of mountain in the fields of religion , philosophy , aesthetics and FengShui theory, etc, which offers the essential theoretical foundation for following application study .The third part mainly analyzes the state of using of mountain of the city space form of hilly district in south of china in different historical periods. The thesis combines some typical city examples according to the historical train of development of city space form and carries on the reviewing summary and instance analysis to the application state of mountain in city space form of hilly districtin in ancient times , neoteric times and modern times, which lays a essential foundation to set up corresponding application patterns next.The fourth part is a main achievement part of this thesis.
