As the development of the world, energy sources play an important part in the process. Today, the consume of coal is dominant in the wastage of the energy. With the wastage of the coal increasing, the environment is polluted more and more seriously. During the course of the coal burning, emission of NO_X is an increasing threat to environment and human health, and is urgent to be resolved. Among all kinds of methods to control NO_X emission, fuel reburning is very efficient.In this paper, we expatiate the theory of the formation and control of NO_X at first, and then compare different kinds of control methods. Based on the analysing of physical and chemical character of micronized coal, we do the research of micro-pulverized coal rebuming technology.In the application of rebuming, micro-pulverized coal's collection is the key. In this paper, we bring forward a project to collect micro-pulverized coal in the tertiary air, through whose application we can gain the rebuming fuel and diminish the influence of the tertiary air on power plant operation at the same time. A majority of this paper expatiate the design and examination of the rotary-classifier, which is used to condense the tertiary air.As the limit of the equipment, we can only get part of the experimental date. By dint of numerical simulation, we make the date integral and bring forward the whole project in detail.The work of this paper is part of the 863 project. More research is to be carried out in the future.
