According to the different reaction features of different coal in different conversion period, partial gasification technology will implement classification conversion about pyrogenation, gasification and combustion. Partial gasification can simplify gasification technology comparing to the integration gasification technology, raise the gasification efficiency and reduce the investment.The thesis first introduced the current study situation about partial gasification utilization technology. Fluidized bed is widely used in coal partial gasification lying in the fact that it is a simple and high efficiency technology. Based on this technology the air/steam partial combined cycle generating electricity and cycle coal gas pyrogenation multi-product technology bring out by Zhejiang University were introduced.Based on the characteristics of classification conversion in the partial gasification technology, the experiment was carried out on coal pyrogenation, gasification, combustion and partial gasification char combustion with TGA. In the experiment, the reaction character of coal in the different conversion period was studied, and the virtue of partial utilization technology was validated as well.Some multi-working conditions experiments on the coal pyrogenation and air/steam gasification were carried out on the table-scale fluidized bed. As a result, the principles of influence on pyrogenation and gasification in different working condition (temperature, ratio of coal and air, ratio of coal and steam) were obtained. The results can offered us the data about integration between gasification and combustionThe validation experiments were carried out on the craft validation platform for two partial gasification utilization technologies under the two different gasification medium. The optimize parameter of gasification and combustion was obtained from the experiment. The experiment showed us that the two technologies were feasible.The tar oxidation thermal cracking experiment platform was designed to study the superfluous tar gained in pyrogenation under the atmosphere of coal gas. The relation among cracking temperature, the amount of initial tar and conversion of the tar were obtained.In the thesis, the coal gas production, component of coal gas, carbon conversion were studied in partial gasification under different atmosphere and operation conditions. And the study offered the basis for the design and operation about the partial gasification and multi-product demonstration device covering the project utilization.
