In recent years, with the continuously building and rebuilding of residential areas, the problem of our inhabitant's using water is more and more serious, the old tap water's pressure appears deficient, the difficulty of using water bring the big inconvenience to the inhabitant's daily life. In order to solve the above problem, this paper introduces a new style of vvvf constant-pressure water-supply controller. It can be used in water supply for daily life and use in case of fire and other case. The frequency-conversion pumps use cycling soft-starting and timing cutting. The software adopts the dynamic digital filter skills. It has complete protective functions.In the light of that the excise mathematical model of water supply system is difficult to find and no more request for the control precision, this paper put forwards a fuzzy-PID design for water supply under constant pressure. And also simulate the system with Matlab, the simulation result shows that this compound control system has more significant robustness. Moreover, the configuration monitor software-kingview is also introduced. The data acquisition and control scheme are analyzed.Sum up the above, the vvvf constant-pressure water supply controller is the development direction of modernization city and community's water supply, and it has the characteristics such as stable working, easily realizing and low price etc. So it is more perfect controller.
