Daily water supply of power is great fluctuation as the changing in different time step and season. Classical tower water supply system is difficult to maintain for its high cost. The reaction speed is too slow to meet the demand of constant pressure water supply, especially when the burst event consumption water supply is arising. The water supply system of the power piping-main is based on HMI configuration control fashion to realize stabilized pipe network pressure, at the same time, it is to achieve device of proper use. It is used in power water supply control system for its merits such as simple structure, handing operation, powerful anti-interference, powerful expansion and low price.The system is adopted fuzzy control and PID control fashion in coordination. Fuzzy control is used to make the system have self adapting function when the pressure variation is increasing. And PID control is used to make the system erase steady-state error when the pressure variation is decreasing. This control fashion settles the questions such as lag, nonlinear, unable to establish precision mathematic model of water supply system control object. The adjusting quality is improved and control precision is increased.The operation and monitoring is realized using HMI configuration. The operating mode of the three pumps individual, operational frequency of the converter and the pressure of the pipe network is observed directly through configuration interface. The start, stop and manual change is controlled directly through the configuration interface. And superior limit pressure and lower limit pressure of the constant pressure point is set if the water pump works. The real-time operation curve and historical curve is plotted to complete intelligence alarm and remote alarm according to the parameter change.The operating results approve that this system constant pressure control for power can be realized for its correct control strategy, feasible design proposal, high control accuracy, good stability and significant contribution of energy saving. And it has applied value in some extent.
