| The monitor of shipping vibration is a large-scale failure alarm beforehand machine for the shipping. The main function of it is auto alarm beforehand exactly when the failure may happen. The system runs stable, credible and real-time.The hardware of the monitor of shipping vibration is explained in detail in the thesis. According to the function and tcchno-guidclinc, the whole structure of the hardware platform is designed, and the interface form and design method of every part of the platform is described. The main topics of the thesis are the design of interface and the program of facility driver. Interlace design is based on Digital Signal Processor (DSP) with data acquisition and transmission, at the same time, the form of the interface is given and the logic of control is realized.In this paper, the main works arc as follows:1. The hardware of digital system has been developed, including the design of circuit and the debug on it.2. The WDM driver of the PCI bus device is compiled.3. The interface logic between the ADD-ON bus of S5935 and the interface of ADD-ON bus device is designed and realized.4. The data reading, writing and BootLoad between the DSP parallel interface have been debugged.
