Gamma camera belongs to the radiation nuclide imaging equipment. Generally speaking, in the process of disease forming, the change of a tissue function will earlier than the shape changing. In this point, the significance of nuclear medicine is very important.Basing on the foundational construction and work principle of the gamma camera ,the chief ideal of this thesis be mainly emphasized on the gamma camera's construction and performance .Meanwhile , each part of this thesis processed according to the purpose of manufacture and production . Therefore, this thesis analyzes the principle and matching technique of each part of the probe, this thesis also discussed how to realize the probe's intelligential control and how to optimize the construction and motion system of the gamma camera.In the first part of this thesis, the article mainly introduced the gamma camera's characteristics and it's clinical value .And at the end of this chapter, the article also introduced the gamma camera's domestic and international application and research conditions.In the second part of this thesis , the article mainly analyzed the probe's structure and composing . Such as collimator's parameter calculating, the NaI (TI) crystal, the light conductance and PMT's matching question etc .In this part of the thesis that the articles greatly emphasize the parameter's mathematical computing and the system'sfunctions of the gamma camera.The third part of this thesis , the research work be carried on to finish the PMT high voltage distribute circuit , pre- magnify circuit , position circuit, programmable gain circuit , programmable energy window circuit, temperature and high voltage examining circuit ,Which also include what their value and performance in the system.In the forth part of this thesis , the article mainly performed a research on the gamma camera's motion control system, which also include the gamma camera'smechanism construction design and even some safeguard questions of the motion control system.Finally, this thesis discussed a radiation anti- interference problem. The gamma camera system's interference mainly includes the cosmic ray interference and electromagnetism interference. In the end of this chapter, the article analyzed some defending measures to protect the gamma camera system.The whole thesis greatly emphasis the practice and the value of the development of gamma camera .Each part of the thesis be done closely surround the target that to reinforce the equipment and improve its performance.
