With the continuous development of in vitro diagnostic medical equipment industry,information technology,networking and automation continued to improve,from the semi automatic blood analyzer to automatic biochemical analyzer,urine analyzer from dry to automatic sample chemical analysis machine manual injection,IVD(In Vitro Diagnostic in vitro diagnostic equipment)irreversible toward full automation line direction,design of the equipment development of the motion control system is also put forward higher requirements.The development of multi-equipment and multi-motion control card,a large number of parallel,circulating,conditional branch of the motion logic is also added to the system design.In the field of medical treatment,the traditional motion control system is designed in the field of mechanical control.Because of the difference between the mechanical field and the medical field,it is a problem that how to combine the motion logic between multiple motion cards.This paper analyzes the present situation of the domestic and international motion control system,and analyzes and designs the motion control system of the IVD equipment.Extraction equipment in motion control card combination design logic,the use of a unified allocation of resources,the equipment will be unified in the PC motion control programming,and solved the problem of arbitrary logic expression through the use of compiler principle.Design and implementation of the motion control system,the hardware is separated from the actual product development and control of movement of the device,effectively improve the efficiency of product development,and greatly reduces the complexity of the realization of the key technology.This paper abandons the type design in the field of the original motion logic separation,multiple control card to connect to the network through a router,a unified hardware motion control card,this card is abstracted as a unified independent movement step,all motion logic system are completed by the computer script editor.Through the design of structured INI configuration file,to achieve visualization of data storage capacity is similar to the database;the card network communication through network management control;and visual debugging function increased in the configuration tool,debugging convenient movement logic and secondary development.After the development of the motion control system,the system has been tested,integrated and tested.The system achieves the desired design requiremen ts,meet the need in the development of IVD equipment movement logic,and realize the separation of system development and maintenance,without changing the hardware and software realization of motion control secondary development of ability.
