A Probe Into The Selection Of Designing Scheme Of Deep-Base-Hole Prop Construction And The Refined Design

This paper .based on the generalization of relative renown analysis and with the selection of designing scheme of deep- base-hole prop construction and the refined design as the main clue , analyzes the main indexes concerning the design of the deep-base-hole prop construction, the theory and the method of calculation, discusses the basic theory and the designing method in relation to the selection of designing scheme of deep-base-hole prop construction and refined designing , combines the specific construction and engineering and applies the refined theory and method to select the designing scheme or plan and to perfect the design.This paper , also based on the generalization of the designing of deep-base engineering and of the construction activity, proposes various methods of selection of designing scheme of deep-hole prop construction .compares and analyzes strong points and weak points of various selected methods . and presents selecting method of prop and construction designing scheme which characterizes the combination of definite property aralysis and the method of empirical . After the optimum scheme is set through the selection of methods and before the construction, the specific and refined designing of the selected scheme is needed , with the emphasis on considering the rationalization of safty and economy of the prop constructure. This paper also presents the method of refined designing with the. shape~charging control as the restriction and the value of engineering as the target .which perfect the former refined designing directly making the engineering value the target .This scheme is targeted on the specific engineering and takes the regular prop and anchor constructure as an example to conduct refined design.Through the selection of designing scheme of deep-base-hole prop construction and the probation of refined designing, we can draw a condusion that the supervision of deep-base-hole prop construction and informationalized construction and dynamic designing will be the trend of future deep-base-hole engineering design and construction.
