This paper adopted by the engineering case,located in Qingdao high-tech industrial base,for a wisdom Metro display center,The display grid structure for the two-way orthogonal array,plane truss in the horizontal two-way vertical staggered.The upper and lower chord planes of the lattice are square,the basic unit is hexahedron,and belongs to the geometric variable system.And the use of lower northern elevation,the southern standard higher architectural form,the scale of the larger span,in the same type of grid structure in the country first,third in Asia.Aiming at the difficulties and characteristics of this project and the practical needs of the project,the following contents are analyzed in this paper:(1)According to the engineering characteristics of the structure,a perfect wireless monitoring system has been developed.The internal force of the structure,the vertical displacement of the structure and the bearing displacement are monitored for long time.In the later stage of the unloading process,And operation stage,wireless monitoring system has played a stable,good role,and fully protect the safety of the grid structure.(2)According to the finite element model of Midas structure,the displacement of the structure under gravity load and the force of the bar are analyzed.The comparison between the theoretical analysis and the monitoring data shows that the data are in good agreement with each other and the unloading safety of the truss structure is ensured.(3)In view of the difficulty of the construction of the truss structure,the low rigidity of the whole structure and the particularity of its structure,the reliability analysis of the truss structure is carried out with ANSYS finite element software.The construction error of the truss structure,The reliability of the grid.(4)Because the intensity of seismic fortification in Qingdao area from the initial degree 6 to degree 7,coupled with the years Wenchuan earthquake and Yushu earthquake to people’s production and life has brought immeasurable damage,so the grid for shock absorption and Isolation of the optimal design,so that it can meet the seismic requirements of degree 7.
