Solid Fuel Ramjet (SFRJ) is a new-type power system. Its best work Mach Number approach gun launched projectile, The SFRJ projectile, which combines the advantages of SFRJ and Added-range projectile, is now greatly valued by the virtue of its simple structure, high specific impulse and long range, the SFRJ projectile has good prospects.This thesis is aimed at analyze the effect of projectile and ramjet to range and seeking ways to improve the range of projectile in order to provide theoretical basis and direction for the design of SFRJ projectile, using the method of mathematics modeling, numerical simulation and experiment technology to study the ballistic trajectory and inner fluent field of SFRJ. Considering the fact projectile, optimize the result and analyze the parameters which affect the range of projectile.In this paper, suppose the thrust equal to resistance in the initial trajectory as flight, the three dimension degree pseudo-vacuum projectile trajectory model is established. The parameters of SFRJ projectile were calculated and the design method was provided.Simple react flow model in SFRJ projectile combustor based on Arrenius formula and Eddy Break-Up model is established. The model is used to simulate the two-dimensional combustion flow fields in an experimental motor.An experimental SFRJ system is designed and scheme of experimental is provided.With computations and analysis, some significative results are listed below: a) The ratio of length to diameter is an important parameter of the performance of SFRJ projectile, The ratio increased , the burning rate and range increased. b) Reduction of launch angle of the projectile without much loss in range. c) Regression rate and the combustion efficiency of SFRJ is very low, In order to increase range , some improve combustion methods should be used.This research is helpful to the research and manufacture of solid fuel ramjet projectile and gives reference in the research of SFRJ missile.
