| In this paper, the ANSYS software is applied to analyze the dynamic stress and strain distributions of a solid fuel ramjet (SFRJ) assisted projectile. Through analyzing the structure and working property of solid fuel ramjet assisted projectile, the calculation model of solid fuel ramjet assisted projectile.is built up With the simplifications of the structure and working property, the 3D FEM model of solid fuel ramjet assisted projectile is established .The gas pressure produced by the combustion of gunpowder is applied to the bottom of the solid fuel ramjet assisted projectile, through the result of the analysis ,the stress and strain distributions of each component are got .So the weaker parts can be found. Then the models of the all the main components are established and analyze them. Based on the distributions of the stress and strain, it would be known whether the structure is reasonable . Moreover, the structural dynamics analysis model of the whole projectile and the components of center cone are established, the inherent frequency and the vibration modes are evaluated.This results of the calculation and analysis provide some reference value for the design of solid fuel ramjet assisted projectile It also makes a good foundation for the following research. |
