Non-destructive Testing (NDT) is a kind of method of quality test which doesn'tdestroy the tested object, So the industrial computerized tomography (ICT) is called thebest method of NDT. Scientists and engineers in the field of NDT pay more attention tothe technology of ICT, and many countries do their best to study in this field.Now it's the second and the third generation scanning methods that are widely usedin ICT. In the third generation scanning method, the object just makes rotation motion;our country has made great progress and achieved much success, today this method iswidely used in ICT. But in the second method, our country drops behind the developedcountries deeply, the research is still in underway level. For the second scan method canscan all the size of objects, and can scan wherever you are interesting in, so it isespecially useful in industry X-CT system. Combined with some study objects, thisthesis is about to do some research for the second scan control card used in the industryX-CT system.In the dissertation, the theory of the CT and the feather of the scan methods werebeen fully described. From this, the author highlighted the purpose and meaning ofstudying the second method .according to the characteristic of the second scan method,the thesis has the idea of using micro-processor AT89LV52 and FPGA (fieldprogramming gate array) EP1C3T100 to perform the second method control. Using thisstructure, the card not only can fill the demand of the second scan method, but also cansused in the first method and the third method. So, in the thesis, the author introduced thestructure of FPGA,and how the FPGA work, and how to perform the task usingFPGA.the author also introduced a software--QuartusII 4.1,this software provided acomplete multiplatform design environment that easily adapts to your specific designneeds. For the card's hardware design, the author particular introduced all the functionhow to realize in FPGA, and gave related principle chart and practice wave, the authodalso finished the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) and hardware debug.at the same time, thethesis also introduced how to design the control software in PC (Personnal Computer)using Visual C++6.0, and present the flow chart and some interface.Finally, for the disadvantage of opening control method, some effort was done toimplove the control presicion. The thesis also gave some method to solve the questionfounded in hardware debug, and gave some advice to make the card run better.
