People have done much research work about vibration and noise of vehicle for a long time, but there is another important automotive characteristic-electromagnetic compatibility been ignored. This paper discussed the electromagnetic compatible environment of vehicle including the types of wirings in vehicle and the forms of electromagnetic interfere. Through this analysis, a conclusion can be draw that this interferes can greatly affect the equipment's normal behave and the electromagnetic compatible environment is complex. In order to probe into the detail information of the electromagnetic environment of vehicle, an auto-electric test-bed system made up of equipments of SANTANA vehicle has been made and it has most wirings of SANTANNA vehicle. To find out the detail electromagnetic compatible information of the auto-electric test-bed system, a detect system has been exploited. The hard core of the detect system's hardware is Agilent 54622D digital oscillograph, and the software of it is the virtual instrument detecting system base on the HP-VEE development. And the results of the detecting show that there are serious electromagnetic interferences in the auto-electric test-bed system, especially the interferences coursed by ignition are more dangerous than the other interferences. The following is the main work of the study. (1) Analyze the principle and the performance of the main interferes in vehicle and the effect to the wires of the vehicle caused by it (2) An auto-electric test-bed system has been made based on the theory analyses (3) A detect system has been exploited to test and analyze the auto-electric test-bed system (4) Put forward the ways of bating the electromagnetic interferences and the idea of adopted parallel thinking to design the electromagnetic compatibility...
