The designs of building structure energy efficiency in building and in equipments are two important ways to realize building energy efficiency and thermal comfort. They supplement and interact each other. The different need of user produced the different equipments running mode, and different equipments running modes will produce the different equipments energy-efficiency design, also influencing the energy efficiency design in building. But at present, when establish the related standard about national energy-efficiency building design, still use the continuous heating or cooling run mode to calculate the energy consuming of building, and then to evaluate the energy efficiency design of building. This can't consider the actual equipments running mode, so the evaluation is widely divergent from the fact. When evaluate the thermal performance of building structure, many people also can't consider the influence of different running mode, so the evaluation of thermal performance is also inexact and unreasonable. The accurate evaluation of building structure thermal performance is the premise and basis of building energy efficiency design. To get the more accurate evaluation of building structure thermal performance, this paper has analyzed the different thermal performance of walls in the different running mode through research on theory and testing. And this paper provided the way to evaluate the thermal performance and the reference to evaluate the energy efficiency design. There are five sections on this paper: Section 1, is just chapter 1, propose the thesis of this paper. Expatiate the condition and relationship of thermal comfort, building energy efficiency, design of energy efficiency in building structure and air-condition system. And then point out some shortage about that. Explain the signification of researching this paper "Research of the Thermal Performance Assessment of Building Structure During the Interim Heating". Section 2, is just chapter 2, confirm the running mode. According to the investigation about the heating & cooling running mode and energy consuming of residence building in Chengdu, this paper select 5 heating running mode. Section 3, is just chapter 3, 4,5, the theoretical analysis of this paper. Confirm the calculating method of theoretical model, through researching the calculating method of wall's unsteady heat transfer. Find there are some questions in DeST-h and DOE2IN software, which is used to calculating the energy consuming of building. So I use the narrow-differential method to establish the theoretical model. And use MATLAB calculating software to program the model and calculate, then analyze the data and get the conclusion. Section 4, is just chapter 6, the testing analysis of this paper. Research the thermal performance of different walls in different running mode, according to the result of testing in the center of energy efficiency in buildings, which is in Chengdu in winter. Though there are some shortage in this testing, the result of testing still prove the right of theoretical result. Section 5, is just chapter 7, the conclusion and expectation of this paper. Summarize the result of theory and testing, and obtain the conclusion of researching. Moreover, point out the shortage of testing and theory in this paper and bring forward the hope of research.
