| In all kinds of human production activities,architecture has the greatest impact on the natural environment.The sustainable construction of buildings is of great significance to the survival of nature,human beings and even the earth.With the gradual restoration of China’s forest resources,timber,as a green renewable resource,is slowly entering construction production activities again.The article focuses on the design and research of dovetail jointed wood structure buildings,and conducts research on the thermal performance and structure of the building envelope structure.According to the climatic characteristics of China’s cold regions,a dovetail-jointed slab-type wooden structure construction system suitable for village houses in cold regions was developed,ANSYS simulation calculation,and experimental testing Based on the comparative analysis of the calculated and measured values,the design and construction plan is optimized.Based on the high accuracy of ANSYS simulation calculations,the software calculates the optimal insulation thickness of the wall suitable for other partitions for promotion in cold regions.reference.First of all,through the analysis of the existing wooden building construction technology and combining with the design and construction practices of dovetail jointed wooden building construction,specific improved structural measures such as foundation,wall,roof,etc.are proposed to establish suitable for cold regions New wooden structure system in villages and towns.Secondly,compare dovetail-jointed slab-type wooden structure wall with commonly used wooden skeleton combination wall,analyze the same points and different points,and then use bonded plates and insulation materials as the basic constituent materials according to the principle of heat transfer.Reasonable construction process and production process,design and manufacture 5 kinds of dovetail joint plate wood structure wall structure test pieces filled with different insulation materials.Combined with the theoretical heat transfer calculation and ANSYS simulation calculation methods,the heat transfer coefficients and heat transfer resistances of the five thermal insulation walls were calculated.The differences between the two calculation methods were compared to provide theoretical guidance for the next test.Thirdly,the heat transfer coefficients of the five dovetail-jointed slab-type wooden structure walls were determined by the laboratory hot box method.The actual measured values were compared with the theoretical calculated values and the ANSYS simulated calculated values to verify the feasibility of the latter two methods Sex.According to the requirements of energy-saving design standards for cold and severe cold areas on the heat transfer coefficients of envelopes in different areas,the thickness of the thermal insulation layer adapted to different zones was calculated through theory and ANSYS simulation.Find out the factors that affect the heat transfer coefficient of the wall and propose improvement measures to provide a certain guiding significance for the structural design of the wall.Dovetail jointed wood structure building wall is a new type of green energy-saving wall,which has the advantages of good thermal performance,saving building energy consumption,fast construction speed,sustainable development and other advantages.The study of performance and structure not only increases the research materials of new wood structure walls,but also promotes the promotion of the building system,and provides a new research direction for the use of wood structures in the cold regions of China to save energy. |
